1. About QADWOV

QADWOV is a sourcing and procurement facilitation company based in Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We help connect international buyers with verified suppliers, assist with sourcing coordination, and support trade execution between parties.

These Terms govern your use of our website and services.

2. Scope of Services

QADWOV provides facilitation and coordination services, including:

  • Supplier sourcing and identification
  • Buyer–supplier introductions
  • Price quotation collection and comparison
  • Procurement coordination and communication support
  • Negotiation support between parties
  • Production and order follow-up assistance
  • Export coordination support

We do not act as a manufacturer, seller of goods, customs authority, or payment processor.

All service scope, fees, and conditions are defined in a written agreement before engagement begins.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee:

  • Availability of suppliers or buyers
  • Product quality, pricing, or delivery performance
  • Successful completion of transactions
  • Business outcomes or profits

All transactions depend on third-party suppliers, buyers, logistics providers, and market conditions.

4. Third-Party Transactions

Any agreement for goods or services is strictly between buyer and supplier.

QADWOV:

  • Is not a party to sales contracts
  • Does not take ownership of goods
  • Does not control manufacturing or shipping outcomes
  • Is not responsible for supplier or buyer performance

5. Dual Representation & Neutrality

We may interact with both buyers and suppliers in the same market segment. When facilitating introductions:

  • We act as a neutral facilitator unless otherwise agreed
  • Confidential information is not shared without consent
  • Both parties may choose not to proceed with introductions

6. Client Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate sourcing requirements
  • Verify supplier suitability before final agreements
  • Communicate clearly and timely
  • Review all contracts and specifications independently
  • Comply with applicable trade laws and regulations
  • Pay agreed service fees as stated in engagement agreements

7. Fees and Payment

Service fees vary based on sourcing complexity and are defined in writing before work begins.

Fees may include:

  • Fixed sourcing fees
  • Commission per successful transaction (if applicable)
  • Project-based coordination fees

Fees are earned for facilitation services, not for goods sold.

8. No Legal, Financial, or Trade Compliance Advice

QADWOV does not provide legal, tax, customs, or financial advisory services. Clients should consult qualified professionals for regulatory, banking, or compliance decisions.

9. Website Use

Users must not:

  • Use the website for illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to disrupt or access restricted systems
  • Copy or reuse content without permission
  • Submit false or misleading sourcing requests

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by QADWOV and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Fees for completed sourcing work or ongoing coordination may still apply as per agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • QADWOV is not liable for supplier actions, product defects, delays, or losses
  • Liability is limited to fees paid for our facilitation services
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be handled in courts of Bangladesh.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date.
